Please take a look at all of our Shop Policies prior to ordering from Purple Sky Customs & Co, LLC. We strive to satisfy all of our customers with the hopes they will return and become apart of our family. Please carefully read below before ordering. Remember, ALL sales are final!
Shipping Policy

Once your order has been delivered to the shipping carrier (of your choosing), we,
the owners of Purple Sky Customs & Co, LLC are no longer responsible for
the safe arrival of  your order. You will receive a tracking number as soon as it becomes available to track your merchandise. At this point in the process, if you have any questions, please contact your
shipping carrier. All USPS and UPS shipping times are just estimates unless you choose a specified timed delivery.

NO RETURNS, REFUNDS, EXCHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS. We strive for
perfection in every order, however, please understand most items are hand crafted and may contain minor imperfections. Returns are not accepted.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Your order may be cancelled as outlined in the terms and condiitons if your image quality does not meet the expectations to produce a great product. We will try our best efforts to communicate promply and effectiely if image quality is an issue before we cancel your order. Non-payment is grounds for order cancellation. Unpaid invoices are void after 48 hours. Customers may cancel items within 1 week of the due date, minus the $40.00 design fee. If customers are paying via deposit, the final payment is due 2 weeks prior to the "need by date." Failure to pay by the date will result in your order cancellation. Deposits are non refundable.

We expect all of our customers to be respectful when ordering from Purple Sky Customs & Co, LLC. We will communicate via email all order concerns. Your email subject line will always be your order number. We will try our best to use one email thread per order. This effort best protects both parties, with the hopes to decrease mis-communiction about order payment, status or shipment or design questions. If your order is cancelled due to communication mis-conduct, or disrespect to the designer, you will be refunded minus a $20.00 inconvience fee. If you have already received your oder, you will blocked from ordering from us again.

Party favor orders are completed based on your “needby date.” This date indicates that your order will ship out by this date. Your need by date and event date should not be the same, Therefore you should place your order as soon as possible to ensure your products will be in your hand before your event date. Shipping methods vary and should be considered when placing an party favor order with us. We may offer local delivery for a fee, inquire
within. Rush fees may be available depending on your order need, please inquire via website chat, email, or social media channels to get a quicker response. Please already have an idea of what you would like and quantity. A consult fee my be necessary.

We love when our customers allow us to think outside of the box, or challenge us with a new product that isn't offered on our website. Please, please, please feel free to reach out to us via our custom inquiry form or chat with us on the website. Don't worry, we love to unbox your ideas!
